In 2023, the development of a Loyalty program was one of three top-tier business priorities for the marketing and creative teams. The first phase of the initiative was intentionally kept simple to meet an aggressive go-live date. No points. No tiered structure. It was easy to join, easy to use, and it was free. We brought CTS-ing Insider loyalty project to life in less than three months, concept through launch. In its first three months, we have captured over 85K new subscribers.
